We woke up to a serious backup in the bathroom with sewage and grey water coming up through the shower and toilet. Benjamin and his team were able to get to my house pretty quickly and find the problem. They found a significant amount of root damage and intrusion in our main line. They cleaned it all up and installed perma-liner in the main line. They also replaced the clean out in front of the house that was previously incorrectly installed. It wasn't a cheap fix, but based on my research and previous quotes from other plumbers, it was a very good price. Everyone was friendly, respectful and forthcoming with the information I needed. I hired this contractor to replace the factory-installed magnesium anode rod with the powered titanium anode rod on my Bradford White 50 gal. gas water heater. My water heater is only about 2 & 1/2 years old but the magnesium anode rod was already about 70% consumed due to the conductive nature of salt-based water softener that I have. Not only was the owner, Gilbert very responsive and professional throughout the consulting & scheduling process, but the technicians, Philip and Jossue were both very courteous, skilled and detail-oriented throughout the installation process. The team even did a complimentary flushing and corrosion inspection on my water heater. I am so happy that I hired this firm to maintain my water heater, and hopefully I can get another 10 years on my water heater. The water softener consumed the magnesium anode rod at a faster pace, but instead it did not leave much sediment inside the tank. I will definitely repeat business with Gilbert.
